This Privacy Policy describes how CUSTOM CRAFT UPHOLSTERS, INC. ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and discloses information when you use the LaneDash mobile application (the "App").
By downloading or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We do not require you to create an account. The App does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any personal contact information directly from you.
The App integrates Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) to display advertisements. AdMob may automatically collect:
The App does not track you across other apps or websites. It does not request App Tracking Transparency permission and does not access your Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA). All ads are served in non-personalized mode, and ad attribution is performed through Apple's privacy-preserving SKAdNetwork framework.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you will additionally see Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent form before any ad is shown, in order to comply with GDPR.
The App stores your game progress (high score, coins, unlocked skins) on your device using iOS UserDefaults. This data never leaves your device and is removed when you delete the App.

These services may collect and process information independently as described in their own policies.
The leaderboard is provided by Apple Game Center. Signing in is optional and handled entirely by iOS — the App never sees your Apple ID or password. If you are signed in, the App submits your best score to the leaderboard named lanedash.highscore, and Apple associates that score with your Game Center nickname so it can be ranked against other players. Your score and nickname are then visible to other players on the public leaderboard.
If you are not signed in to Game Center, no score is submitted and the rest of the game is unaffected. You can manage or remove your Game Center data in Settings → Game Center.
The App does not track you across other apps or websites. It does not request App Tracking Transparency permission, so you will not see the iOS tracking prompt, and the App will not appear under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Your Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) is never accessed.
All advertising is served in non-personalized mode. Ad attribution is handled by Apple's privacy-preserving SKAdNetwork framework, which reports conversions to advertisers without identifying you.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) will present a consent form before any ad is shown. You may withdraw or change your consent at any time by re-launching the App in those regions or via Google's published controls.
Because ads are never personalized using a cross-app identifier, they are selected from general context only — for example the language or region derived from your IP address. You may still reset your device advertising identifier at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.
The App is rated 4+ for general audiences but is not specifically directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete it.
